The challenge

Adherence to therapy is low, relapse rates are high

We want you to be able to assist your patients in the best possible way on their way to a fuller and more satisfying life. However, unsatisfactory patient sovereignty and adherence to therapy often stand in the way. Homework is rarely done, and motivation for therapy decreases. This affects important success factors such as the therapeutic relationship, resulting in high relapse rates after therapy.
Patients extend the therapeutic content from their therapy session into everyday life.

The prescription is submitted by your patient in the usual way (by mail, by app). The health insurance company then sends a 16-digit activation code directly to your patient. The costs are covered by all statutory and many private health insurers. More information for your patients on how to redeem prescriptions will be available here shortly.

Patient:in downloads app and connects with you

Your patient downloads elona therapy from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and enters the activation code. In the course of registration, the system asks for the connection to the therapist. After successful pairing, therapy support with elona therapy can begin. This is what therapists say who are currently using elona therapy

elona therapy is a contemporary extension to everyday therapy. The smartphone is always with you and can be used as a helpful supplement to therapy sessions with the help of the app. For example, it replaces pen and paper for monitoring tasks and lowers the inhibition threshold to work on therapeutic topics in everyday situations. I find features such as reminders, the overview of the next therapy appointment, and the collection of interactive tasks to be clear, useful, and helpful in achieving the therapy goals that have been set.

LB

Leo Berger

For my patients and me, elona therapy is a helpful support in everyday therapy for better anchoring, expanding and repeating the therapy content. The independent, regular therapeutic work of the patients is promoted. elona therapy also creates a valuable extension for relapse prophylaxis, for example.

LM

Lena M.

Great therapy tool to simplify CBT sessions and as a supplement between sessions. elona therapy helps me to better address the individual issues of the patients in the session.

SR

Sandra R.

For me, elona therapy is psychotherapy in the digital age. It is like an extension of the therapist and fills the time between sessions.

ML

Marcel Leclerc

In the work with elona therapy I am as autonomous in the design of my therapy as before and at the same time I have a basket of therapeutic exercises from which I can share something with my patients at home.

EB

Elisabeth Bauer

elona therapy is a helpful support for therapy and offers a lot of well-explained psychoeducational content for patients that can be used for preparation or follow-up between sessions.
